Shop Apple Cider Craft Manufacturing

The alcoholic fermentation of apple with a view to obtaining cider is one of the oldest human-induced fermentations, easy to do at home and the first step in the production of a nutritious food and healthier known as cider vinegar (by-product of fermentation of cider). We continue to develop the site and annual production of cider in the Ecovillage to Janas, and to provide the knowledge of this cottage industry in scope and practical training.
